- Green Coffee Cleaning
- The journey of great coffee begins with the finest green coffee beans. These freshly harvested beans are thoroughly cleaned using modern techniques to remove dirt, stones, husks, and other impurities. This critical step ensures that only clean, defect-free beans proceed to roasting, setting the foundation for high-quality flavor and aroma.
- Roasting
- Once cleaned, the green beans are roasted to perfection. Roasting transforms the chemical structure of the beans, enhancing the flavor, color, and aroma. Using temperature-controlled roasting methods, we carefully balance the heat to bring out the unique character of the beans — from light floral notes to deep, rich espresso tones..
- Grinding
- After roasting, the beans are finely ground to an optimal consistency. The grind size plays a crucial role in the extraction process — too coarse or too fine, and the flavor can be compromised. Our precision grinders ensure a consistent particle size that allows maximum flavor extraction in the next phase.
- Extraction
- In this step, hot water is passed through the ground coffee to extract soluble compounds. This process captures the essence of coffee — its flavor, caffeine content, and essential oils. The result is a rich, aromatic coffee liquor that forms the base for instant coffee production.
- Clarifier
- The extracted coffee liquor is then clarified to remove any insoluble particles. This step ensures a clean, uniform liquid without any grounds or impurities. It prepares the liquid for evaporation and drying while preserving the taste and smoothness.
- Aroma Recovery (Stage 1)
- During extraction, some delicate aroma compounds can evaporate. Our aroma recovery system captures these volatile compounds so they can be reintroduced later. This ensures the final product retains its authentic, fresh-brewed coffee aroma that customers love.
- Evaporation
- The clarified liquid is sent through an evaporator to reduce its water content. This concentration process creates a thick coffee syrup that retains all the vital flavors and aromatic components. It's a key step in transforming liquid coffee into a solid, shelf-stable form.
- Spray Drying
- In the spray drying stage, the concentrated coffee extract is atomized into a hot-air chamber where it instantly dries into a fine powder. This powder is what becomes instant coffee — easy to dissolve, long-lasting, and rich in taste.
- Aroma Recovery (Final Addition)
- The natural aromas that were previously recovered are added back to the spray-dried coffee. This step enhances the sensory profile of the final product, giving it the familiar and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee even after months on the shelf.
- Packing
- The finished spray-dried coffee powder is carefully packed into moisture-proof, air-tight containers or sachets. Our packaging process ensures the product stays fresh, flavorful, and protected from light, air, and humidity.
